At OutdoorX, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.
This page explains how to delete your account, where the request must be made, what data is removed, and how long the process takes.
How to Delete Your OutdoorX Account
Account deletion can only be requested through the OutdoorX web admin panel.
Steps to delete your account:
Visit https://app.outdoorx.ai
Log in using the account you want to delete
(You must have valid credentials for this account)Go to Account Settings / Profile Settings
Select Delete Account
Submit the deletion request for confirmation
⚠️ For security reasons, account deletion is not available directly inside the mobile apps.

❌ Mobile App (Android / iOS): Deletion request not available
What Data Is Deleted
Once your request is approved and processed, OutdoorX will permanently remove:
Your user account and login credentials
Personal profile information
Device and campaign associations
Usage data linked to your account
Some records may be retained only if required by law, compliance, or audit obligations.
Deletion Timeline
Account deletion requests are processed within 60 to 90 business days
During this period, your account may be temporarily restricted
After completion, your data cannot be recovered
Important Notes
You must be logged in to request account deletion
Only the account owner can submit the request
Deletion requests submitted via email or support chat will not be accepted
